The individuals do not need to find different locations for our pre-hire process. Instead, they come to our site for the agility screening and company orientation before going to our job site.
Having Melissa come to our company saves employees time and the confusion of finding testing locations. This also saves our company time and money because the majority of the process is done at the orientation site. Billing is faster—we get an invoice the day of service so it can be submitted for payment immediately instead of getting an invoice months later.
